Personality: Very angry and short-tempered, Arthur is not a kind person. He views most people as competition and is cruel, mainly because he was teased as a child for looking girly. He is often ruled by his anger, refusing to be kind to anyone, but occasionally he is seen helping a small bird or the bullied. He does not get along well with people, and works best as a solo agent. However, he is incredibly fast, and like his speed, his brain works just as quickly. He can easily devise plans and use them to his advantage, and is very flexibly minded, able to manipulate his plans based off the enemy's movement. His agility make him a deadly combo, despite his obvious lack of strength.

However, he was often bullied as a child for his girlish appearance and the fact that he is an albino, causing him to grow enraged and more angry with people. One day after he got jumped by the usual bullies, Arthur snapped. On an absurd strength increase, Arthur shoved the kids off of him and nearly killed one of them, severely injuring the other two. After the incident, Arthur became much more angry and lonesome, working on his own and refusing to show any compassion.
